Presentations given by members of the Tissue Bank Team at branches of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and Multiple Sclerosis Support Groups

It is important that all those with an interest in multiple sclerosis (particularly all those affected by the condition) are made aware of the work of the Tissue Bank.   An effective way of achieving this aim has been by members of the Tissue Bank Team giving talks at meetings of local braches of the MS Society and support/information groups for people living with MS.   These talks briefly describe the work of the Tissue Bank and explain in detail how samples of tissue are being used in research aimed at furthering our understanding of what causes MS as a step to developing better treatments for the condition.

In the last seven years, Professor Richard Reynolds (Scientific Director) and Dr Abhi Vora (Manager) have given 115 presentations , listed below.   If you would like to hear one of these presentations at a meeting that you are organising, please contact the Tissue Bank.
